Chelsea Barracks
The Chelsea Barracks project was one of the most significant developments of its kind in over a century. This was an extensive refurbishment project, in one of the most exclusive residential locations within London.
The project involved the full strip out and remodeling of a c.2,400sqft apartment in Whistler Square, part of Chelsea Barracks, within a very short timeframe and to the client’s specific brief. This was to create a large master suite, guest bedroom, two bathrooms and an open plan living and dining area.
We are blown away… The approach is fresh and the space planning is innovative.

Details to delight
We were careful to use the finest materials, including exotic marbles, timber herringbone flooring and specialist polished plaster with an emphasis on the detail through the planning and delivery.
One of the main features of the project was the bespoke joinery installation. This was designed to the client’s exacting requirements, incorporating several specialist finishes, such as bespoke antique brass handles and leather.
The Chelsea Barracks project demonstrated our dedication to uphold the prestige of this landmark address and synchronise our activities with those of Qatari Diar, while they completed works on the development as a whole.
