5-storey Grade II listed former hotel was brought back from a very dilapidated state and almost doubled in size, to 4,500 sq ft, with a full 2-storey basement, a full-width room into the garden and excavation of the pavement vaults, to produce a fine family home in the centre of Notting Hill.
